Ive NEVER been on any other forum where a creator takes such time and effort to reply to users, give advice in detail. But because he didn't reply instantly you start being insulting and disrespectful.
Up until now your posts and engagement have been positive, but this behavious isn't warranted, and seems to jist be because you didn't get the answer you hoped for but instead things that confront you.
I'm giving you this one opportunity to start to communicate calmly and respectfully. Being a paying customer does not give you free reign to be insulting and disrespectful.
Benjamin, I appreciate your stepping in, and I understand the need to keep things respectful here. I didn't intend to be disrespectful, but it's clear my frustration got the better of me. My aim was never to disrespect Shannon or his efforts, which I genuinely respect and value. My frustrations stem from feeling misunderstood and not fully supported in my context, which I've shared in detail here.
I see now how my words might have come off stronger than intended. I’m here to learn and benefit from Shannon’s expertise, not to challenge it unduly. I realize the importance of constructive dialogue and I'm committed to maintaining that moving forward. Given the intensity of this discussion, as I already said, I think it might be beneficial for me to take a break from the forum to reflect and cool off.
The only reason I respond now is not leave without clarifying. I might return with a fresher perspective and continue engaging in a more constructive manner.
