If you are using OPH and then doing something that is somehow adverse or damaging to you, you'll be working against OPH and what it's trying to do. How about before you try more than 25 minutes a day, you give it time without working against it to do what it's trying to accomplish? Whatever you're doing that bothers your hands at the gym, don't do that. The program has to have time to do it's thing, physical changes aren't fast, no matter how much you listen. Trying to push harder isn't going to be helpful if your body can't heal itself faster than that, and doing things that work against that healing isn't going to help either.
Anxiety during AM6 means you're being pushed to face your fears, and the anxiety results when you are doing so. It's a part of you saying, "Whoa, this scares me." Well it wouldn't be scary if you weren't pushing boundaries and making progress, would it.
