DMSI, for me, worked better with Healing and Clearing than with FRM, and then later on better without either (so the newest version had the strongest results). In my experience the outward-facing FRM is a waste of energy and is detrimental - it'd be better to either temoprarily override GSF and disinhibit the snipees.
