where on the sales page does it say a 2 week wait is needed?

That is not on ANY sales page.  That is from personal experience.

You have "free will" to start immediately.  
You may experience a severe headache or you may not.
You may feel dizzy or light-headed or you may not.
You might report a sensation that no one has experienced.

Everyone is different.

Also, the 2 week rest period allows the previous subliminal to fade away.
Which in theory will give you better results when you listen to the new subliminal.
