Something in me has changed. It's like now my self-confidence is unshaken. I am completely aware of the qualities women see in me, and I don't question or doubt that anymore.
Before, I had proof of women showing interest in me, but I still doubted myself. Now I don't doubt why they showed interest in the first place.
I am also very calm about my financial situation and search for a new project/ role. I know everything will be all right. I don't feel anxiety around it.

Switching to Hybrid feels the right choice.
