I also developed tinnitus while using OFv3, in my case it seems to be an accumulation of stress and resistance, regarding resistance maybe you want to check the FAQ on the forum, is type 20, but as far as I can tell, if the volume is not that loud or is comfortable to you then there is no reason to believe is hearing loss or damage in your ears (I also believed that but nothing happened after one year, in fact I hear better because of UH), and considering your symptoms it seems that way.
