You can do everything "right" to achieve high T, but if your body isn't specifically directed to do it, it will naturally slow down in T (and other) hormone production as you age. Eating the right things helps. Detoxing helps. Not eating the wrong things helps. Exercise helps. But natural hormone production fades as you age regardless. That's why there's so much market for hormone therapy, hormone boosters, etc. The only way to get the body to produce optimal levels of hormones is to be the right age with the right genetics, or to either induce it to or force it to. To the best of my knowledge, no matter what I do, I'm not going to be able to make a sub that causes you to produce optimal hormone levels without actively using the program.
