LTU6 has also been on my mind for quite some time too.
I tend to get apathetic/ upset/ depressed sometimes, even when I don't have reason to be so. And like you mentioned, hang ups I have with girls. I realized I was using sex as a way of receiving external validation, that's where my need to be with a lot of women came from.
