can you sum up ?
This seems like a lifetime ago, lol.
LTU6 got me big into crypto. It was like a compulsion. Made lots of mistakes, but also learned a lot. Found my big money maker, got in very early. Now I'm making more than my wife in passive income, and she has a very nice salary.
LTU6 was very good for me, emotionally. More happy days, less anger. I would have liked to run it longer, but OF3 came out, so I ran that.
I looked back through my smartwatch data. For the time period I was on LTU, my stress levels were much lower for the daily average, and my sleep was better.
OF3 was a good run for me, but LTU6 was a more enjoyable program. I'd run it again, but alas, I have other programs in queue for the next year (or more).
My relationship with my wife was calmer and more smooth, in general.
Sorry, I just saw your reply.
I am on my last asrb for stage one (was a roller coaster for me), and I do feel somehow more "centrered"and more relaxed...will see how it will go from here
I did read a lot of LTU6 journals, but no one summed anything after completing LTU6, that is why I ask.
Do you notice any long term benefits from LTU?
