I've made a couple of discoveries about supplements that help to either boost or maintain testosterone in an exercise setting:
- Ashwaganda: Study shows a massive improvement to strength for young men

- Bromelain: Study shows that cyclists who supplemented with it maintained testosterone levels better across multiple consecutive days of exercise.

- Doing cardio BEFORE strength training helps to spike the post-workout testosterone spike more than the other way around.

Both supplements are on the way; in the meantime, I've bought pineapple for the natural bromelain.

This is all important because I'm spending 1.5-2.0 hours per workout, 5 days a week to become a powerful and fast runner. Need every advantage I can get.
