In my case I just need a few days, in fact since the first night my breathing became stable.
Today I'm having headaches, also my perception and interpretation of emotional issues are changing, what if this problem seems impossible? why should I feel bad because of that? what's more important? feeling miserable or staying calm? I took the wrong path but why should I feel down the rest of my life? what if I fail? that sort of things.
