Day 130; rest day 2; cycle 19
Another quiet day. Physically and mentally restful. Got some stuff done around the house - changing the use of space to better reflect improvements in lifestyle. Minimally related to the stuff I didn't get done the day before. Still, it's all good. Schedule can slip as long as I don't completely drop what I need to do.
