This happened as a result of SM kicking into full gear rather than AM5.0 working it's magic, although it probably can be both since those programs are ones that work extremely well together.
Examples of women throwing metaphorical panties include but are not limited to:
Touching your arm
Playing with your hair
Laughing
Hitting you (and on you of course!)
Biting you, which happened to me!
Holding your hands (both of them)
Wanting to hug you
So any signs of flirting. These are not things you want to force, but rather it seems you must give the attitude which allows them to know it's OK to do these things with you. When you decide someone has gone to far such as my coworker biting me on the arm, you tell them that you probably are not ok with that. In fact now that I think about it she hasn't flirted with me in a while. I think she's mad at me but oh well.
