Can writing down and reciting affirmations conflict with the Subs or is this a safe activity concerning Sub usage?

If the affirmations conflict with the script of the subs, they can.  That is the issue: I can't share what I am putting in the script specifically, and therefore you cannot know for sure.  However, since 5.5G it is most likely that "manual conscious affirmations" will be mowed down by the subs and rendered relatively useless and ineffective unless they are supporting the subliminals' goals, in which case you only have to be concerned with wording them properly to prevent any form of harm to yourself.
