Not sure if you saw this before so I am reposting it...
How do you know when you’re playing a sub too much- or that you haven’t yet reached that point of it being too much?
There have been days where I’ve played UMS V2.S3 for 10+ loops and I’ve played it all day at least once or twice so far
I don’t feel exhausted or tired per say (not any more than usual at least)- I genuinely just feel like procrastinating and not doing much of anything to progress in life (at least with regards to my finances)- I feel no sense of direction (at least nothing that I feel to be genuinely concrete) with regards to my financial situation.
I’ve actually been focusing more other areas of my life- fitness, health, women, etc
You're talking about playing this sub for 10+loops when that is huge overkill. Doubtless brought about by either conscious fear of it not working, or subconscious knowledge that doing so would result in what you're experiencing, which sounds like overload triggered stonewalling.
So that's playing it too much.
The correct path forward is to stop playing it at all and wait for the bloom. I suggest at least a week. Then in your shoes, I would play whatever the rest of the stage 3 cycle requires at 3 loops per day on, and give yourself 1-2 days off per cycle.
It is easy to try too hard when you're dealing with a lot of fear. I was using 3 loops per day on, and it was absolutely kicking my ass and GF's during Stage 3 because it was triggering so much fear, resistance and turmoil. Stage 3 is like a laser, honed in on what makes it most successful, and that's what is going to trigger the most fear and resistance.
MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Your goal is to push just hard enough to make progress, not so hard that you trigger overload, hopelessness and giving up even trying subconsciously. I'd bet that's what you've managed to do while looking for what works and ending up in the stratosphere of numbers of loops per day on. So take that week or whatever off, let it bloom, and then when the bloom starts to fade, finish Stage 3 at 2-3 loops per day on, and let's say 3-4 days on, 1-2 days off. Even if you can't see much happening. That's why this program is designed to be used like it is, in a loop of stage 1-2-3-4-4-repeat. Each run through will make more and more progress towards the goal.
Ok thank you very much that was helpful I will do that
Well I’ve already been on kind of a bloom the last 4-5 days since I’ve been sick and have been using MIR
I’ll start fresh the following week with those instructions
I’ve already noticed change in thought and certain things that could be attributable to DMSI
