If it was due to TID from DMSI or the UMS I am currently using- wouldn’t the programs in question cause a change in vibe or pheromones in relation to my body naturally?

DMSI has a module for adjusting pheromones.  But that could have been a response to seeing a way to achieve the goals of some of the modules in UMS which do not directly instruct doing that.

I also have noticed a significant increase in the power of the scent I give off naturally (it’s quite pungent) but I’m not sure if it’s due to one of the programs or my use of bad wolf along with other alpha pheromones over the last month or so

That is exactly what you would experience if you were having TID from DMSI's pheromone adjustment module - and it could also be a lingering androstenone OD from overusing androstenone heavy products without mwashing them off sufficiently between uses..

Would it count as an androstenone OD if the pungent/strong smell came via my armpits- where I didn’t apply any pheromones (on it or near it)? And what’s the best way to clean it so as to avoid that and be able to confirm that it came from TID and nowhere else- in the past I’ve used a combo of hydrogen peroxide, alcohol and witch hazel

That narrows it down to TID from DMSI. To get the benefits from the pheromones, shower every 3rd day and use fragrance to cover the scent otherwise. You'll need to stop using artificial pheromones as well.  If you dont want to stop using artificial mones, then shower every day at least once.  The DMSI module is designed to optimize your natural signature for the best sexual attraction results.

No.  You're getting the effects of both.

And why of all things am I only noticing pheromones optimization with regards to DMSI TID? 

Because that is what you are executing with the least resistance.

And if my own natural pheromones are being optimized via DMSI TID- why does the scent smell bad to me- very strong, at time putrid?

Because pheromones work that way.  They are designed so that they smell good or bad according to how close a match they are to your own pheromone signature.  The closer they are to your own pheromone signature, the worse they will smell to you.  The more difference there is - especially in the encoded information about your immune system - the better they will smell to you.  This means that to you, your own pheromones will smell terrible, and to anyone in your family it is likely the same.  This helps prevent incest evolutionarily.  

At the same time, you may encounter a woman who experiences those same pheromones at that same level of concentration as being intoxicatingly attractive and arousing sexually.  I know this because this has happened to me multiple times.  I had a girlfriend who ended up my fiance at one time who absolutely could not keep her nose out of my crotch.  She got upset if I showered more frequently than every 2-3 days, even if it smelled acrid and awful to me, and whenever I let her sniff my crotch, she would inevitably start giving me a BJ, which would always lead to her initiating vaginal sex. 

I have also encountered women whose sexual pheromones I could not resist, and whenever I would get a whiff of one of them in particular, I would not be able to stop giving her oral sex.  It would literally put me into a "perpetually sexually stunned" state, which always required 2+ hours to wear off.  I couldn't get to sex, because I couldn't get my face out of her crotch.

Perfect match scenarios like these are rare, of course, but even "mostly a match" will be obviously attracted by your scent.  Just make sure you use a cover fragrance to make yourself acceptable for going out in general public, and if someone finds your scent offensive, then they're not who you're supposed to be having sex with.
