Which of the UMS v2 usage options below will be most effective for the majority of users?
By "most effective", I mean "greatest level of success in achieving the goals of the subliminal" or alternatively - "highest probability of achieving the goals"
Option 1 - Cycle through the first 3 stages of UMS 4 times (total of 12 months) - without running stage 4
Option 2 - Cycle through all 4 stages of UMS 3 times (total of 12 month)
Option 3 - Cycle through the first 3 stages of UMS 2 times and then run stage 4 for 6 months (again, total of 12 months)
Since you yourself are using UMS v2, it might be a good idea to check your models to determine which of the options is optimal
