For circumcised men especially, if the shaft is enlarged and extended but the skin doesn't grow and stretch with it, the skin will ride up the shaft, bringing even more of the hairline and scrotum skin. This is even more a problem if a man already has a pretty tight cut on the circumcision (meaning more foreskin length cut off), there could be hair like all over the bottom section of the shaft sometimes.
Then there's the "problem" of having the skin/scrotum ride up the shaft causing the appearance to not actually look longer from the outside, even if it is. Also... it affects how certain sex toys are able to be used for example ball rings/stretchers, which is not TOO big a deal but still a potential issue.

Ah very true lol. I was of the influence from previous methods of enlargement I've tried long ago which some of them don't increase skin around it much just the main "flesh" underneath. Ok thanks.
