We did encounter some issues in the database transfer that left us unable to recover some pieces of data. This should be a VERY unusual thing, and the vast majority of people should not have any issues. We will be glad to work with you to recreate whatever is missing and fix the issues. You won't lose anything.
In my case there is nothing, not a single download and only four orders in order history, I already send it through Contact us along with the email of my account.
