We did encounter some issues in the database transfer that left us unable to recover some pieces of data. This should be a VERY unusual thing, and the vast majority of people should not have any issues. We will be glad to work with you to recreate whatever is missing and fix the issues. You won't lose anything."

OH thank goodness,Im gonna need yawls help over the next two weeks. Im beyound exhausted this evening and bedtime is soon, in addition to being out and about for hours today with lots to do,75% outside in the high level humidty,I'd also listened to 5 loops of UMSv2 -S3,so yeah Im ready for bed.
5 loops until further notice will be my stay at standard for listening to UMSv2-S3. Had some major shifts last night ( MY last two post in my journal,if interested) as the impetus for such an increase.
Hope things keep getting better with the store,Im shure it will. I'll need some help with 'restoration' of many of my full on purchased files,including UMSv2 full set,access to those files.
