How would you advise I do that please? and when, after this cycle of 3 loops is completed or shall I increase it straight away?
Ive done the 1st day ON. Tonight will be 2nd day ON. Then I have 2 days off.
ill now go update my journal about this.
If you woke with a feeling of bliss, that means it's working. Why would you immediately change variables around? Don't do that. You don't need more intensity. Don't change anything right now.
If I wake up every morning feeling stressed and anxious with tension in my neck and shoulders, should I increase exposure, or just keep going? I’m following the base instructions of 1 loop for 2 days, followed by 3 days off
I suggest that you increase the loops by one for the next ASRB2 cycle.
I've been listening to 2 loops for 2 days, followed by 3 days off since you suggested the change. The stress and tension has returned (but happily not the anxiety). Should I add another loop? I have no auto config signs like craving to listen more. If anything, I feel like I'm getting tired, and want a rest.
The first change you make should be to reduce days off by 1 and add one loop. Run that for a cycle of on/off days and then if you're still not getting anything, keep adding a loop each ASRB2 cycle until you do.
