Hi @Shannon. It's question time. I'd like to ask

1. If I'm listening to Masked Track and my surroundings are noisy, should I increase the volume accordingly or not?

It depends on how noisy.  If you're in a dance club, then masked is most likely not the best option.  If you're in a loud construction job, then you'll want to increase the volume some.  If you're dealing with normal city noises, not necessary.

2. Is listening through different method (through headphone or through speaker) considered as variable and thus could only be changed after one ASRB cycle? Can I listen via speaker and headphone on the same day as long as the volumes are the same?

You can change listening from speakers to headphones as you like.  You can use both on the same day as well.

3. When I am listening to multiple loops a day, does it have to be back to back? Can I split my listening time like maybe some loops in the morning and some other in the evening?

If it is at all possible yes, always do back to back.  If that isn't possible, or you find that makes you too tired to work, then split it up as minimally as possible.

4. Can I listen through multiple format in a day? (US when sleeping and Masked when doing things in the day)

You can, but it's better to use one format and stick to it if you have that option.  Sometimes, people don't have a choice, and they must do this to get in their loops.  It's better than nothing, but generally not as good as sticking to a single format in most cases.
