Stage 1 cleans out the garbage, sets up the foundation, and starts focusing you on UMS. This stage has FRM on.
Stage 2 moves you from foundation building to building on the foundational concepts, while also working on fear removal. It balances building up to doing as much as it focuses on doing. This stage has FRM on.
Stage 3 builds on Stage 2, and this is where you really have wings. It's focused on doing more than building, using what you've been developing so far. FRM is off in this stage.
Stage 4 is all of the first three stages in one, and it has FRM on.
