On the main player it plays it fine. It doesn't happen with music files. I thought it was defective and they sent me a new one and it does the same thing. Have you ever heard of that? Do you think it is the player or it just can't handle connection with subliminal off the card?
I never had that problem before. What do you think?
Never heard of this. If it plays fine on one player, but not another, then logically it is unlikely to be the SD card. It would have to be the player, and if it was replaced and continued to be an issue, it would seem to be an issue that is consistent across that particular make and model of player... try a different player altogether and see what happens. Also copy the same file to a second location on the same SD card, but with a slightly different name, and see if that one plays alright. But copy it from a source off the SD card, so that if the original file is on a damaged part of the SD card, the second copy isn't also damaged. That should tell you if it's the SD card for sure.
