Quick question. Can a refresher for a 6 stage 5g subliminal be listened to at any time or only followed by a run of the 6 stages? For example I’ve already had the recommended 2 runs of AM but I’ve been listening to other subs these past couple months. Can I run the refresher if I want or do I need to run AM again and then the refresher?
