True I was just unsure if it is for sure resistance or not and if it is then does that mean im executing rather than stonewalling and thus would increasing the intensity be a better strategy knowing my history of stonewalling.
I think im fearing that I "maybe" stonewalling. I started the sub relaxed and chilled out and now since im unsure myself. I think its the big fear of not finding that "sweetspot" that will help smash through my resistances. Im eager and willing to try more loops etc.
Anyway the types of resistance I think are me (please correct me if im wrong) and currently exhibiting are:
Type 1 Stonewalling - well this has been me in the past based on your assessment. Right now am I stonewalling subconsciously I dont know for sure. Sure I get that if im showing resistance then im not stonewalling.
Possibly Type 2. I mean there have been times where during the 49 days ive wondered was that me executing or just my imagination. Nothing concrete has occured as yet for me to know or even daily or weekly in terms of effects for me to say ok there is a trend. Then I read journals by others on say hybrid and think wow they're so certain they're executing etc.
Type 3 I think did happen to me. some days ago it I think did happen. what ive now realised is once I update my journal with a post I forget what happened a day or days before. That could be due to my personality or my short term memory not fully consolidating due to my erratic sleep regime.
So im upto type 13 so far in my reading and taking a pause to explain that I may be type 13. Im aware that my conscious thoughts are not 'will the sub work' (I believe it CAN work) but my thoughts are is it working YET, by now? If it is working and im not consciously seeing it fine but its not that the sub cant work but is it working yet or do I need to increase the intensity. I know you said that resistance would be to decrease the intensity but nothing in my mind has said do that but to increase it so that I CAN execute it quickly. I think reaching day 49 has scared me what if I reach day 60-180 and not fully executed or just executed a blip. This all is of course due to my years of history as you are aware so im just eager to execute this fully and quickly.
Ive read them all and so far on this sub I cant see any other applying to me at this current stage.
The reason I had you go through the list is that I wanted to point out to you what is happening vs what you see.
In you, I see the following types of resistance:
3, 5, 13, 21 (which was modeled on you, by the way).
If you were stonewalling, you would simply have no results at all to notice. There would be no worries, no signs of execution, and nobody would be telling you that you are executing. It would be as if you were not even using a subliminal.
Go back and consider types 3, 5 and 21 carefully and make sure you understand them. Then ask yourself, why would you be seeing resistance - and three separate types, no less - if the program wasn't doing anything?
Your subconscious wants you to do whatever it takes to avoid execution, but it's happening anyway, which is causing that part or those parts of you to experience fear, which it then responds to by trying to convince you that nothing is working so you'll give up in the easy excuse that "I'm a stonewaller, this doesn't work on or for me."
But you're no longer stonewalling, because you can't. Now all that is left is to lie to yourself that it's not working. But it is.
I suggest you do one of the following, depending on which appeals most:
If you prefer using ultrasonic or masked, then continue adding a loop per day on each ASRB2 cycle. Since you seem to be our most fearful customer at the current time, simply continue adding loops until you manage to hit enough loops to either override the issue, or you run out of time to run them in a day. I don't suggest more than 8 or 9 under any circumstances. If you get to that point and still have worries that it's not enough, start adding days on until you override those worries.
If you prefer using Hybrid, then start using 1 loop of hybrid and increase one loop per ASRB2 cycle until you achieve your goal or run out of time. If you run out of time in a day to run them, then start adding days on each ASRB2 cycle.

You're the wizard here so I respect and take on board what you see in terms of resistances in me even if I dont see it myself.
Thank you for modelling 21 on me I read that and thought now since you have pointed it out it makes a lot more sense. Since you and others have said to me that I have executed and/or shown signs of execution yet I see it briefly, or acknowledge it only to a day or 2 later go back to not seeing any more has shown me that yeah as you said im not stonewalling (thankfully!) and that yes im type 21 100% now as the fear of failure is very much now obvious to me based on your reply here. For me its making sure I get to that 'day 180' having found the sweet spot for this sub for me and then not giving the subconscious any room to escape.
Type 13 is yes me since im unaware of any progress im making.
Type 5 is the only one im 50/50 and unsure about as im not making moves to escape but simply looking for ways to either hear that ive found the sweetspot or to increase the intensity until I do. I feared changing anything without your advice and guidance as I dont want to do what I think is best only for you to tell me later it wasnt.
Type 3 yes I guessed this too due to the recent stress and agitation I felt.

I mean at this stage as I consciously couldnt see any execution (and we know through seeing the forms of resistance that I am executing) I was left wondering whether to increase the sub or not which is what brought me today to ask you what to do.

Thank you Shannon yes Ultrasonic is best for me as it isnt an excuse I can use to say I couldnt sleep therefore stopped the sub. So ok after my 2 days OFF which is from today I will then start with 4 loops and share the data in my journal as usual to help see how I progress.

The reason I am giving you the usage instructions I am giving you is that I want you to see clearly. To do that we have to override the parts of you responding with attempts at resisting, and to do that you probably need more exposure. That is not to say that the current number of loops would not work, but you seem to need to see the effects consciously, and that is difficult when you are hiding them from yourself and lying to yourself as to whether they are there or not. So let's see how many loops a day and days on it takes to override that response.
