If I’m noticing bouts of anger and frustration is it smart to play more loops even though it’s an off day?
I notice even if I’m very angry/frustrated in general that just starting some US loops more or less clears it up right away or at least takes the edge off and let’s me breath normally
I’m currently on LTU6 stage 7
