I'm assuming that after the 14 day mark, it'd be fine to run OFv.3 3 days on, 2 days off to experiment?

In the interest of as much scientific observation as possible i prefer one variable to change one notch per ASRB2 cycle. The exception would be if ypu have your subconscious urging a specific change as a result of executing AutoConfig.
