Thank you for making MLS 4.0. So far the sub is extremely helpful. I am looking for a suggestion regarding what will be the ideal steps to do between the runs of MLS. I am currently in first run,6th cycle of MLS 4.0. Based on the product description:
Recommended number of run-throughs: 3 (Three)
Optimal time off required between run-throughs for best results: 6 (six) weeks.
I am interested in using OF V3. Do you recommend to not using any subliminal for 6 weeks to rest my mind or can I use OF V3 before my second run? Thank you.
