If it's forum stuff you can pm me, stuff around orders or downloads it's best to email the store as with pm's I can sometimes forget since the notice disappears when I read it. If it's in the email inbox it's there for me to see when I look at the emails if it's something I need to check with Shannon so can't answer it straight away.
