One loop made the whole experience of using the program become subliminal in a way. Thinking way less about everything involved and having way better time management of when and how to listen to it, less over-inflated expectations.
The experience itself is very smooth, very pleasant. And subtle in a good way. It's a good tool to ground myself.
I found the same to be true of my experience on one of the dmsi version a few years back on one loop. Seemed to help everything flow so much easier and was my best experience on a sub. Not sure if your like me though in a sense that i had a very controlling father as a child and as a result dont like being told what to do, so i think a part of the effectiveness from one loop/ less overall listening time may come from that as well.
