I was wondering if a mix of NSFM + AOL was something possible at all or if categorically think that it isn't a good idea to mix programs of that generation (beside voiding the guarantee)...
I just bought NSFM... and I have some buyer remorse. I am thinking buying and switching to AOL instead but if running both programs at the same time was possible, it would be the ideal option for me.
It's going to be a complex situation on that one. On the one hand, each program is designed to use all available resources to accomplish its goal, and to focus you on working through the fears you have preventing the achievement of that goal, if there are any. That means they should conflict.
At the same time, that's one of the few combinations I have ever seen that might not conflict because of what the goals are.
Beyond that I can't say for sure what would happen.
It's not like you can't do NSFM later, or AOL later.
Cool, thx for your input.
I think that I am going to try. Worse case scenario is that I am going to feel overly exhausted and perhaps not able to get the full potential of each program because my focus is split in half.
If I go forward with this idea, what would be a good way to proceed?
Listen both programs back to back each day or
listen one in the morning and the other in the evening or
do exclusively program A for 1 cycle followed by cycle of the other?
after a couple of weeks of this regime, if I don't like how I feel, I'll rollback to a single program...
So I'll move forward purchasing AOL. Whether or not running both is possible, I want to use both, if the experiment fails, I'll just postpone running program #2 to later.
thx
