It may help. The sleepy is very interesting. Super warm doesn't really surprise me, given that it's generating two auras at once.Perhaps the sleepy is due to too much comfort? Or do you think it has something to do with something else?
The sleepiness is both being super relaxed and somewhat exhausted by the process. Difficult to say for now. I don't have a single stress and I start a feeling of confidence. Also a lot of dreams, very vivid dreams about people I thought were not loving each other or I thought were not loving me or I would not love them. I suppose these dreams are the healing part. Each scenes at the end show that love is possible. Very interesting (and it is only 3 days !)

I had a similar vivid dream last week about one of my older brothers and I. we are not tight at all, I dont like him and I cant stand his wife. but in the dream he and I bonded deeply. it surprised me.
