I guess we'll be getting the slim jim version of UMSv2?

I forgot,since its been so long....how long between one sub and another... a week is it or longer?

I'm seriously considering getting on board with OFv2,because intense circumstances,forcing my hand in home matters. MY updated post,in MY journal, I go into some of that there.

So far the models have been indicating that the best option is a multi-stage version.  I haven't yet tried to model how many stages would be optimal.  In the end, I have to do what's the best option regardless of what I want, because I need to do what works best for keeping things on an even keel.

Between subs, I suggest you take off at least a week, and it's not a bad idea to take 2-8 weeks off every so often to allow your subconscious mind to rest and be free of the constant chatter.  But ultimately, it's up to you.  I strongly suggest that it be 2 or more weeks between long term (3+ months) and/or big guns runs, unless you're going to cycle back to the same program, in which case ASRB2 break on up to to 7 days will work.

 After a 3 month run of USLM v4.2  I AM indeed taking a week off and see where I am and how I want to navigate from there by next thursday/Friday.....additionally family stuff and being on the planet at this time with what is going on and NOT going on,has worn me out. I need a much need break and let my brain rest and recoup some..... see where we go,here.

 Oh,reading your response about UMS v2...it occured to me ,afterwards, that indeed a Multi-Stage UMS v2 could turn out to be a 3 level or a set of a 10 levels ( plz  no stress on that part of the statement,not meant to!) that it does not have to be a solid 6 stager with a refresher. it could infact be a 3 stage or 4 stage set,or 2 for that matter...
 The models and your heart will show the way to go.
