I dont know weather to finish OF in 2021 or MIR for 12 months.
I had good intentions to finish OF v5.75 but I got Covid in october and decided to use MIR lastest version for a month.
Went back to OF and I kept on getting sick after that, twice. With the last time being at the start of the year. I got everything checked.
It was another flu and also my EBV virus is kinda resurfaced - it is a smart virus that attacks when you are weak and sad/depressed - both which i was after Corona and due to lifes bs.
First question: Could/is OF make me sick to avoid using it?
Second question: I do not want a weak immune system, health is everything right and after 2019 cancer its important that my immune system is as strong as ever.
Therefore I am thinking to use MIR the entire 2021. Will this strengthen my immune system for good or its only as strong as when you listen? Will this get rid of the EBV virus?
I have listened to MIR a year or so ago for 3+ months to get rid of the EBV virus (according to the old instructions) it did not work.
(Note, apparently nothing can kill the EBV virus, so that to me indicates it is in conflict with the MIR program, where on your sales page it says something along the lines of "the immune system must be able to kill it" pharaphrasing.
