I haven't had time to read much outside of research for a long time, so unfortunately the list will be very small. I have one book that I have read that might be useful. I read it years ago, and I only remember the title of it. It is entitled, "Succeed". Beyond that the subs are working to put you in the optimal state already since 5.5G.
Is it "Succeed: How We Can Reach Our Goals" by Heidi Grant Halvorson, perhaps?
