How long are we supposed to run LTU v6 Stage 7? And say if we want to run LTU v6  a second time in the future would we just run Stage 4 for a long duration or should we rerun the whole 6 stage sub again?

LTUv6 Stage 7 should be run for at least one month, and it is suggested that 3 to 6 be the maximum, depending on how quickly your particular personality type gets bored with the same subliminal being used for extended time frames.

The second question makes no sense, really.  Why would you run any stage other than Stage 7 for longer than a month, when the program is designed to have you run each stage 1 through 6 for a month so you can run Stage 7?
