1. I can create DMSI v3.3.3 from 3.3.2, upgrading nothing but the skeleton script, adding FRM 4.9 and building it in Platinum Lake build method, which I estimate will take about a week to do and will give me a good idea of what I am working with since the tech has improved so much since v3.3.2 came out.  Basically this would have the advantage of being easy and rapid to build, and would tell me a lot more about what I need to do to get those affected to respond before building v3.4.

This is only my opinion...

I don't think DMSI should be made until the pandemic is over.  

Even when the opposite sex does have the urge to make a move, most certainly the idea of getting the virus which could lead to death will outweigh the desire to procreate.

Possibly and you are probably right for the most part and in most cases. However, i think on the opposite side of that  coin it could also potentially have the opposite effect on some. with the greater degree of isolation that has gone on and many have experienced for so long now, it might make some woman crave sex/ connection more than normal, and the fear of being alone or any other issues the pandemic may have brought up for them outside of covid that they dont want to face/ deal with, and the  natural urge for connection and sexual intimacy, could outweigh the fear of covid or any rational thinking on the matter. In any case i think it would be valuable to see how it would work now with the current tech available and in these conditions. It would give a lot of data for how further improvements could be made
