1. I can create DMSI v3.3.3 from 3.3.2, upgrading nothing but the skeleton script, adding FRM 4.9 and building it in Platinum Lake build method, which I estimate will take about a week to do and will give me a good idea of what I am working with since the tech has improved so much since v3.3.2 came out.  Basically this would have the advantage of being easy and rapid to build, and would tell me a lot more about what I need to do to get those affected to respond before building v3.4.

This is only my opinion...

I don't think DMSI should be made until the pandemic is over.  

Even when the opposite sex does have the urge to make a move, most certainly the idea of getting the virus which could lead to death will outweigh the desire to procreate.

I second this, Also it using up 1 of the 2 free upgrades is annoying. then the FRM thing gets figured out and if it does not work well yet we will have to pay for any adjustments.
If we upgrade when FRM thing does get figured out, we will have one more upgrade to get any kinks worked out.

Just my opinion though.

This. If it takes longer then it takes longer. I would vote for the best possible version.
