Isn't OF in LTU?

As everyone said already: I recommend stand-alone OF and nothing but OF for now. Keep 100% of the energy and focus on killing that fear and anxiety. You’ll have a clean slate to build upon after that and much better results with any other program. 

As for your other questions:

The general agreement is that you will probably change so much with OF that you cannot know now what you will want after that. 

Isn't the price for LTU going to increase?

It is but not any time soon and there should be a warning before it happens. Of course you could buy it in the near future anyway and lock in the price for sure. Since it’s still being developed, it’s the very latest technology, it won’t be obsolete any time soon. 
It is an amazing program, I am running it now, the only downside is that it splits its energy on many fronts. If you know you have some strong issues to deal with first, I think it’s wiser to do another program first to clear those issues. Especially fear!

Much better: 5.75 was a huge step forward and 5.75.5, which came out just a few days ago, seems to be another amazing step forward.

Do you have UMS v1? If you bought it, and want to buy UMS V2, is the price for UMSv2 discounted to you?

As a general rule, no, you pay full price for any update, unless there were problems with one version or some other exceptional circumstance.
