I ran Overcome Procrastination for about 4 months in 2015. Overall I would call the results mixed or debatable.
For how I might be different, I wouldn't say I procrastinate in the typical sense. Either I consciously choose not to do things I don't want to do (that I arguably should do, but don't say "I'll do it later" and don't do it) or results/actions are delayed/prevented by perfectionism, which is apparently a form of procrastination.
Using the program didn't really address either of those issues per se. What it did do was make me very conscious of my time and pushed me to analyze whether I was using my time in the most efficient manner possible. It helped me quickly select the most efficient way to utilize my time and do it. I would also choose to work or study over leisure activities far more often, to the point that there was little traditional leisure in my life, and I didn't mind.
However, all of these changes completely reverted within a week of using a different sub. Hence saying results were mixed or debatable. If there is ever an improved version in the future (5G, 6G, updated/expanded as part of something else) I saw enough temporary improvement to strongly consider it. Unfortunately I'm not sure that this version of the program will get me where I want to go.
