Mine was so bad, I used alcohol as a crutch to talk to girls.
Then I became an alcoholic.
Went through aa and haven't drank for 3 years now.
But my anxiety is my #1 inner issue along with guilt, shame, procrastination, anger, victim mentality, insomnia, feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, not good enough, etc.
That's why I've been leaning more towards LTU especially how everyone here says it's the best along with OF.
And that LTU and OF seems to be a foundation for fixing oneself before fixing how one relates, finances, career, etc..

OF V2 will kill your anxiety within minutes. If anxiety is your #1 issue, it's a no-brainer.
I don't necessarily recommend running OF V2 alongside LTU6. I'm doing it out of necessity. I'm hoping that when I start running Stage 6 of LTU, OF V2 won't be necessary.
Go ahead and pick up OF V2 and LTU6, both. Run OF V2 for the next 8 months, keep up on LTU and OF journals, and then make the decision for your next program as you near the end of your OF V2 run.
Getting the latest tech was touch and go there for awhile, because Shannon has been spending years developing the tech from 5G to 6G. So 5.5G was definitely hit n' miss there for awhile, 5.75G was better, but now 5.75.5G is the big step-up Shannon's subs really needed. Many more people will execute without resistance, and let me tell you, if you have anger/anxiety issues, resistance could be a bitch.
I don't own UMS, because I was using USLM 4.0/4.1 at the time, and decided to watch the journals. Journals were hit n' miss. Some people really enjoyed the program, others got nothing out of it. I'm certain that UMS V2 will put UMS V1 to shame.
