I have to report that I have been given access to a second copy of OFv1 instead of OFv2 with my new purchase this afternoon.

Can someone look into this?

The issue is still unresolved and it hasn't been acknowledged neither here or by replying to my email sent to [email protected]...

Please keep in mind that Ben is the one who handles that, and Ben is in Australia.  When he wakes up, he will take care of it.  Please be patient.

Shannon, Sure I understand that Ben is living Australia. I did report the problem here and by email (to the email address used to send me the order confirmation. I have been told by fab10 that it was the wrong email to use to reach out support) yesterday evening.

I did figure this would correspond to Australia midday and I would get a reply by now. Not having it, I concluded that my report did slip Ben attention Does someone read emails sent to [email protected] ?

I was eager to try out the new version and I'm a bit disappointed to have to wait at least an extra day because of a silly error.

Now that I know that someone is aware of my problem, I'll wait for the fix.

9 am Australian Eastern Time, usually when Ben starts working, is 5 PM Eastern time in the US.  I'm not sure what part of the world you're in, but that's the time when Ben usually goes live.

Whenever someone reports an issue here, I let him know if he;s offline, so it doesn't get buried.  He's just logged on and we're working on it.  My apologies for the inconvenience, but I can't do much in Ben's area of function.
