There's about 5-6+ orders at least now it seems for a new OF. Awesome! You could probably do one for E4 after too.

Except E4 is 5.75.2, it’s already got some (most?) of the latest tweaks.

And OF v1 is 5.75.1G.  They still want the upgrade, and each .x at the end is a significant breakthrough advancement, so... 

If it wasn't a real step up, I wouldn't consider building OF v2 from the same key script as v1.  Thus, E4 is also a potential upgrade.  But, I am not going to do that, because we have to make progress in other directions, not just keep rebuilding and upgrading recent releases all the time.  OF I am willing to do.  But there are a lot of great things waiting for me to get to them.
