Hey Shannon and everyone. Hope all's good. I been out of the game for a while. Just noticed there's a new LTU 6.0! I purchased LTU 5.0 when it came out, and wondering is there a discount for the upgrade from 5 to 6?

Our policy is that if the new version is in a new technology generation, there is no discount unless there was a discount specified at the publication of the original version.  That did not happen in this case, and we have advanced to a new technology generation, so no discount.

However, if you think about it, the price right now is the introductory price, which is significantly lower than the end price will be, and the price is being held where it is because people are having more difficulty because of the corona virus.  Given what the end price will be, you effectively have a bigger "discount" this way than you would even if I was offering a 50% discount to upgrade.
