@Shannon Well I've been following the instructions, 5 days on 3 days off doing 6 loops of the FLAC silent sub at night ( 9 hours) in VLC. Sometimes it's hard for me to fall asleep or stay asleep. I'm usually looking forward to the off days.
Without being too descriptive, I've had serious pain in my pelvic and abdominal area. I was getting physical therapy for it and it felt like I was making slow progress but I was happy to see progress being made. The pandemic started and I can't afford to take risks with that virus so I've been doing yoga and other things at home to continue making progress.
This is the 3rd month of listening to MHS and I'm not feeling/noticing any major changes. My main goal for now is to be fully functional in my body and then start gradually getting back into a workout schedule. Any advice would be appreciated.
