OED could use the following:

A module to help the users sexual energy flow better and stronger during sex for a more palpable exchange of energy during said physical operation.

The reasoning behind this is that I found it’s not a tight, hot WAP (physical sensations) that have me cunt struck post coitus,
it was a girls subtle energy spark in her nether region.

SE+ASC+OFSG/FRM+Negative Stress relief+disconnect from negativity(within/within) + laser focus+ sex drive maximizes+testosterone booster= all these would cover: emotional, mental, physical needed to function as good as male pornstar.

Shannon, if you do make OED I hope you make it powerful enough/goal intended to return us to the days of our youth when the wind could blow and we would get hard like a pole! Back to the days when it was natural.

We can only dream.

If I make OED, the goal will be to overcome erectile dysfunction.  That will not be an instant thing... and the result will free you up to get an erection in response to what would normally trigger one if you didn't have OED.  What you're describing isn't just OED, it would also be something else.
