If you want to be 100% sure that nobody has tampered with your files, you need to compare the hash of the .txt file that holds the hash values to verify it hasn't been tampered with, and then you need to check the hash values of all the files.

If you don't want to do that, you should make sure you only get your IML subliminals from IML directly (should do that anyway) and you want to pay attention to the file names.
