I bought OE before the price goes up, any idea how long it takes to be linked on average after purchase. Hoping to give it a try tonight before my partner goes away for a week

Usually late morning or early afternoon Melbourne time 

Melbourne, Australia.  Not Melbourne, Florida.  Big difference.  

We are working on solving the issue that requires us to manually finish the order approval process, but there is a specific snag that we have to get past, and we don't have much say over when that will happen.  The moment it does, though...

I never heard of an American Melbourne   but then again it’s not my country. I am starting to suspect  that every city in the western world has one (or more) American equivalent if you look hard enough.   I was born in a tiny Italian town and it turns out there is another one in New Jersey.

If you look up Springfield, you'll see that the United States alone has no less than 36 of them.  

Names for towns and cities are not always very original.

Hell, there are 11 other people in the United States, last I checked, who have my exact first and last name!
