Did anyone try orgasm enhancer?

I remember when I was on DMSI 3.1 and hooked up with a hot chick (8.5/10) then right after sex (which lasted 10 min or less) she was completely amazed. I asked her why the amazement and she said, "this was my first orgasm ever during sex" i was executing hard during that time.

I think dmsi does improve orgasm or sex somehow

DMSI can only improve sex by creating high levels of sexual attraction and arousal.  It does not focus on enhancing orgasms, and so the results will be different for each person.  OE 5.75.3G should produce consistent results in that direction, depending on how much exposure you or they get and of course what your/their body is capable of.
